Terms and Conditions

1. The mutual contractual relationship between the accommodation provider (hereinafter referred to as the Pension) and the guest is governed by the applicable legal order of the Czech Republic and these terms and conditions.

1.1. The boarding house and guests of the boarding house (and those interested in accommodation) fully recognize the electronic form of communication via electronic mail (email) as valid and binding for both contractual parties.

 

2. For the guest, the information and prices stated in the reservation confirmation or at the time of accommodation are binding.

 

3. The pension is entitled to change the agreed conditions of stay in cases beyond its control. These changes are obliged to be notified to the guest without undue delay. The guest is entitled to withdraw from the contract without undue delay. At the same time, any deposit paid will be returned to him. The guest is not entitled to any further compensation.

 

4. The guest is entitled to withdraw from the accommodation up to 14 days before arrival, and the withdrawal must be confirmed in writing (an email with a receipt for reading is sufficient). In the event of cancellation of accommodation within less than 14 days, the Pension is entitled to charge cancellation fees in the amount of the deposit, i.e. in the amount of 30% of the total price for accommodation (which corresponds to the amount of the required deposit). In the event that the amount of the advance received is higher than 30%, the pension will return the excess amount.

 

5. The Pension is entitled to cancel the stay if the completion of the stay is made difficult or endangered, or if it suffers as a result of unforeseeable, extraordinary circumstances that could not have been foreseen when the reservation was made. The Pension is obliged to notify the guest of the cancellation of the stay without undue delay. The guest will receive back the deposit paid in full. At the same time, the guest is not entitled to any other compensation.

 

6. By entering the premises of the Pension and by staying there, the guest is obliged to comply with the applicable rules of operation of the Pension, which are located on the doors of individual rooms.

 

7. There is a stove on the ground floor of the Pension, which can only be operated by an authorised person. Guests are not allowed to make a fire in the stove, or put anything in the stove, or manipulate the fire in any way.

 

8. BY PROVIDING PERSONAL DATA, THE GUEST CONSENT TO THEIR PROCESSING
Personal data is processed by the pension, the Mladé Buky Township, the Foreign Police and the accounting firm.
The processing of personal data of guests in the context of the provisions of § 101 of Act No. 326/1999 Coll., on the stay of foreigners in the territory of the Czech Republic, which imposes the obligation on the accommodation provider to keep a record book and keep it for a period of 6 years from the last entry; and further in accordance with paragraph 1 of this provision, in which the scope of personal data to be recorded in the record book is indicated: first and last name of the foreigner staying, day, month and year of birth, citizenship, travel document number, start and end of accommodation .
In the case of a spa or recreational stay in spa places and places of concentrated tourism for the purpose of treatment or recreation, or a fee from the accommodation capacity, if it is collected, in accordance with Act No. 565/1990 Coll., on local fees, the accommodation provider is obliged to keep a record book in written form, in which he records the duration of accommodation, the purpose of the stay (the purpose and time are not recorded in the book for the fee for the accommodation capacity), first name, surname, address of the place of permanent residence or place of permanent residence abroad and number of the identity card or travel document of the natural person who provided the accommodation. Entries in the record book must be kept clearly and comprehensibly. These entries must be arranged chronologically. The accommodation provider keeps the registration book for 6 years from the last entry.

 

8. Complaints about the quality of services must be reported to the management of the Pension without undue delay.

 

9. Offer of rooms and beds: a) 5x  room  four-bed; b) 1x  single room with the possibility of an extra bed - only for the lecturer of the group

10. Accommodation on the day of arrival between 2 – 5 p.m. On the day of departure, the room must be vacated by 10 a.m
